Windows 11 update

I have had an issue with the Windows 11 update for the last 1 1/2 months. At first, i was not alarmed. i just thought it was another regular update. the problem started when i tried to log in to my account and it told me i could not, try again later. i continued to try for the next 2 weeks to no avail. today which is the 17th of December I logged successfully, only now i cannot log into the mail app because the mail app will not open !!! what is going on, Microsoft???
