I'm currently having the issue when after updating the windows 11 to its newest version of 23H2 as of September 17th, after loading into the desktop, nothing would boot at all, I can't open up any apps or even shutdown, restart on the screen but have to force shutdown on the pc case itself. I've tried various method along with sfscan and rebuild in command prompt but none are working. The only choice i have is to restore it to 2 days prior when everything was still functioning properly which it works just fine.I've had this problem about a month ago which it doesn't even boot at all and always
