Windows 11 Update - Something didn't go as planned

Under Other troubleshooters, Windows Update, I clicked the Run button and ran the Windows Update Troubleshooter, then eventually received this message "I'm sorry. I was unable to run the Windows Update diagnostic. I might need to transfer you to an agent to help solve your problem.". I clicked "Yes" and eventually got here. Can you help me?
