Windows 11 update on 1/18 wreaking havoc on sound.

Since I installed the most recent windows update on 1/18, my sound has been on the fritz. Additionally I've been getting edge webview2 errors with my citrix environment. I suspect the two are related.Sound issue: For a while, I couldn't adjust the volume at all - it was just at 50% always, no matter what the setting, and then after a while, the sound would go away entirely. Now I can adjust the volume, but I am still having trouble with the audio disappearing on me, especially if I am trying to watch something.
