Windows 11 update, moving folders from C drive to make room. What can I move Users folder or .openjfx

Microsoft keeps trying to push a windows 11 update, I don't have space on my C drive, because my Users folders are too big and sit in the C drive, Can I move the entire Users folder to D drive? If not the biggest folder is .openjfx, how do I move that one or reduce the size?
