Windows 11 Update Messed up my Computer

I'm having a technical issue. I cannot download the xbox app on the pc anymore, my microsoft apps aren't working (Microsoft store, photos, calendar/calculator, clock, notes, the movies and tv show app), can't reset or update. I've tried a number of different commands, uninstalling apps, resetting them, updating, and nothing has worked. I even tried reinstalling windows 11 and it didn't work. This all started after the most recent windows 11 update (06/21/2024).I followed along several microsoft forums that had similar problems to mine, a few of them told me to run some commands to try clearing
