Windows 11 Update KB5050009 causes external USB camera to stop working.

My external USB camera stopped working after update 2025-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5050009) . Uninstalling that update allowed the camera to work again.I could determine that the camera is not working (or working) by going to Device Manager. Here is what it looks like when it is not working:When it is working, the error triangle disappears as shown here:I hope Microsoft can fix this soon so I can keep my laptop updated.
