Windows 11 Update issue

I have a Dell OptiPlex 7050 with an Intel Core 7-6700 CPU @ 3.4GHz, running Windows 11 Pro. I am getting a message that I need to get the newer version of Windows but the check for updates fails. The Windows PC Health Checker, informs me that my PC is not compatible with Windows 11, despite it being installed and working for the last year or so! I would welcome recommendations on how to resolve this. Thanks
