Windows 11 update issue RE freezing and not resetting.

So I JUST bought it. Can't do anything to return it bc I already went through this once. Tried to stop the windows 11 update didn't work and now my entire computer is frozen after like opening stuff freezes when I try to troubleshoot or reset or delete the last update. My two questions are how do I get it to unfreeze (to reset if need be) and secondly how do it stop it from updating it to windows 11 once we can get it reset IF we can?
