Windows 11 Update is Stuck and does not download the updates

Hi! My pc is going slow and, I realized that it is not up to date for some weird reason, when I try to update using the Windows Update option, it does not move, does not download anything and It is stuck, this has been happening for a while, I have a gaming setup (PC) and, I do not think it could be something related to the hardware, and, also running BitDenfender as my antivirus software. Does anyone know what could be happening? I really want to solve this issue, already have months with this issue. Thanks in advance!
