Windows 11 update internet issues

Good day,This is a crazy weird error I am getting on my Desktop PC. Everything has been working perfectly until this recent update. My internet randomly goes down 3-5 times a day. I went into power settings and ensure it was not going into power saving mode on through the device manager and power settings. Every setting is for performance, not power saving.But here is the weird crazy part. I was on a zoom call, and my internet went down, except the zoom call. Perfect audio and video from all people on the call and they could hear me. The call went on for an hour with no issues, but nothing els
