Windows 11 update from Windows 10 : PC declared unsupported for CPU while above the minimum spec

Good evening,I do have an alienware PC with a quad core CPU, and the Microsoft "PC Health Check App" checking the minimum requirements is sorting out that my CPU is not supported for upgrading to windows 11, while its speed and the number of core are above the minimum requirements.
