Windows 11 Update Fails (0xc1900101 - 40017) & BSOD "Read-Only Memory"

Hello,I'm trying to upgrade to Windows 11 (version 22H2) using both the ISO file, settings update and the Windows 11 Installation Assistant, but the update keeps failing with the error code 0xc1900101 - 40017. During the update process, my system crashes with a BSOD mentioning "Read-Only Memory".
