Windows 11 Update - Arghhhh

After repeated reminders I installed a Windows 11 update. Think it was 24H2 or similar. Reason I can't be sure is because since that update it's been in a computer repair shop who also can't fix it!The keyboard no longer works and what's more there's no option to uninstall this update.You can manually uninstall and then keyboard works again....until you restart the machine and yep you guessed it - the update installs itself and the keyboard doesn't work again!How is this even allowed to happen in 2025 ?I would dearly like to go back to Windows 10 which I have installed on another pc but unfort
