Windows 11 Update (9/27) won't detect additional monitor

I have a Lenovo Slim 7 Pro X and there was a Windows 11 update that happened yesterday (9/27/23). Prior to the update, my docking station worked well and I was able to connect to my external monitor. I hit update, showered, and then came back to it not recognizing or detecting a second monitor. I have tried a dozen different dongels/docks (as there are 2 USB (regular) and 2 USB c ports, but no HMDI/VGA/Display options), different cord types (HDMI and VGA) and different monitors. Two of the three monitors it worked on literally the day before (9/26) and the morning of (9/27), but it won't work
