Windows 11 update 23H2 results in complete loss of function

Windows installed the 23H2 update on my laptop. Immediately it became unstable, windows Explorer crashed constantly, and there were multiple driver conflicts. The drivers required manual updates however Nvidia driver would not update. Bios updated also along with AMD driver for on board Ryzen graphics. Loss of wireless network functionally and Realtek audio function also occurred. I un-installed the 23h2 update and the security update that occurred at the same time but that made no difference.
