Windows 11 unwanted rapid down scrolling

After a recent update in Windows 11 I now have apps scrolling rapidly to the bottom of pages and I am unable to stop the scrolling until it gets to the bottom of the page. How do I stop this?I haven't changed anything and Windows had notified me to restart my computer and after that I have the uncontrollable scrolling. I've tried rolling back to before the update and the problem is still there. I've searched around the internet and still can't find a solution that works for me.I am using a Acer Nitro-5 laptop.
