Windows 11 unusual PC behavior

Hello,I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with my PC where the currently active window frequently loses focus. It appears that a program is briefly and rapidly launching, causing the window to deselect. For example, this occurred while I was composing this message, requiring me to click back into the window to continue typing. I am running windows 11. This issue started occuring about a week ago. I have ran a full scan with windows defender, and no threats were found. It seems to happen randomly. I have already tried restarting the computer. Could someone please assist me with troubleshooting
