Windows 11 unexplained high RAM usage

Hello,So recently I noticed that my windows 11 is using a lot of ram. Here is how it happens:So, when I reload my laptop ram usage drops to around 30% but then increases overtime. I have to restart my laptop every day just to drop ram usage.Task manager doesnt show any heavy task. The heaviest one is Steam WebHelper. Windows defender says in messages that no treats are detected. It didnt even fix after an update. My laptop has 16 GB ram.Also, i noticed that when I open task manager it freezes for a second, and while its frozen it shows 60-70% CPU usage, but then CPU usage drops to normal.I am
