Rebuilt my pc: New MB, GPU, CPU, PSU, and RAM. After posting and handling the new parts fine, the next day I cloned the pc to a new drive. This was so I could then update as I had been running on a very outdated Windows 11. After updating to 24h2 I started noticing this problem. I uninstalled the update, but the problem persisted. I then clean installed Windows 11. Same problem. I have run memory checks, event viewer, bluescreenviewer, and storage device checks. I have tried to make sure that all of my drivers are up to date.
