Windows 11 - Transfer DIGITAL upgrade license

Hi everybody, does everybody know how to transfer this Digital Upgrade License to another laptop?My upgrade license is retail version from the microsoft store.Because I got a device RMA with home version and would like to transfer this upgrade.Tried to call microsoft, but i guess they got no support ....When i try to check the store ... it just gives me an error, when i clicked the order history.Thanks in advance,
