Windows 11 Too Much Slower and hanging on startup

I just bought a New laptop on that I have installed windows 11. and it is very, very slow when starting up. After 20-30 minutes, it starts working smoothly but suddenly again becomes hung. After every time I restart my laptop, it takes 20 to 30 minutes to hang.
