Windows 11 time in system tray is wrong. Auto/manual time zone settings do not work. Bug in Windows 11 Pro 24H2 version.

I have a desktop with Windows 11 Pro (x64). I have 24H2 version installed. The time zone setting is set to automatic. I am from Houston, TX. It should show the Central Time zone. However, the automatic time zone is picked as Arizona, which is 1 hr behind Houston time.I try to change the time zone setting to manual, and try to override the Arizona time setting to Central time, The time however still does not change in the system tray.When I change the time zone setting to automatic, I have a message that pops up close to the time display in the system tray saying that the automatic time z
