When I change the scale of the text or text size it changes correctly in most parts of the system, but does not affect text in file explorer, or on the desktop, or in right-click menus, among others. I have tried every suggestion I could find online but the text size for the locations I mentioned stays the same small size. You can see from the attached screenshot how some parts of the file explorer have large text (correctly scaled to 150%, as I have chosen in the settings) while the text for the items inside the folder have remained very small.
