Windows 11 Taskbar - Small Icons Still Broken?

Unfortunately Microsoft's UI or Product teams came up with the Windows 11 Taskbar changes that ruined things like small taskbar icons.The Regkey "TaskBarSi" entry is worthless and 0 does not create small icons.Is this still broken or any plans to fix things?
