Windows 11 Taskbar Settings Missing

My new laptop came with a Windows 11 OS, but I'm unable to resize my Taskbar Icons; they're too large.I also want to reduce the size of my taskbar itself, but that option is also not there.The Taskbar Settings does NOT have a selection option to Resize them, as Microsoft and my vendor suggest.It seems that these settings options are missing from the Windows Settings menu!Is there another way to do this?Thanks for your kind assistance.Dennis E
