Windows 11 - Taskbar Freezes & Shortcut Cannot Be Used

Taskbar in Windows 11 gets frozen whenever files in desktop are being synced to OneDrive and as soon as they are uploaded the freeze gets away. Moreover, any shortcut with Windows key cannot be used as well.Please support to find a solution.
