Windows 11 taskbar freeze when wifi connect fail.

I'm experiencing an issue the taskbar hang when I fail to connect to Wi-Fi. While restarting "Windows Explorer" is an easy workaround, I would like to understand the root cause of this problem. Could you please help investigate?Test environment- Lenovo X13 gen3, E14 Gen5 with intel wifi- Windows 11 23H2, 24H2- Wi-Fi Meraki with RADIUS server authen and WPA2 ent security
