Windows 11 taskbar COMPLETELY BLANK

so i have just installed windows 11 and it works fine apart from the fact that i cant open the start menu and the taskbar is blank and does nothing. i restarted, didnt work. i tried other ways off youtube. still nothing. WHAT DO I DO??? AAAAAAHHHH!!!
