Windows 11- task bar cannot be modified & tabs don't appear one by one in the task bar, making the experience poor

Hi, in Windows 11, the task bar cannot be modified & browser's tabs don't appear one by one in the taskbar, making the experience very annoying with waste of time and attention on items that should be easy reachable. Can these be implemented without users having to go in regedit, so that these programs do not cause annoyance and waste of time?Thank you!
