WIndows 11 - System FIles Corrupted?

Hello,I am having issues with Windows 11. It has started randomly closing programs on me for no apparent reason. I have run an updates virus scan which comes back clean. I have tried to run DISM and SFC functions both of which fail. I have also tried to reinstall windows 11 but that also fails. I have updated all my system drivers and have also tried to reinstall via safe mode to no avail.I am at a loss here as to what to do as all the common tools / solutions are failing to run.Any help would be appreciated.
