Windows 11 suddenly asking to be activated and "can't do it. Error Code : 0x80072EFD [We can't activate Windows on this device becuase our activations

I turned on my workstation today and suddenly it is asking to be activated again. I think this came after a big update as I am also getting this strange error on every app that it can't access my location (had to turn the error off in settings, as there is no reason ever for an app to know my location).My copy of windows came on a pre-built system. I have tried clicking the trouble shooter and it just says to buy a new copy of windows form the store.I have tried loading the store, apps seem to install fine, so the store is working.
