Windows 11, stuck on frozen loading circle when I turn on my PC

I’ve recently built a PC and I saw it wasn’t using my GPU but integrated graphics, so I installed a GPU driver but this resulted in a black screen that didn’t go away. I turned off my PC and turned it back on but now it gets stuck on a frozen loading circle. I tried using safe mode but before that, I tried resetting my PC. Now the problem is that I can’t get past the first set-up options in safe mode (it says there was a problem, AUTOPILOTUPDATE)
