Windows 11 Start Menu + Search Bar + Windows Key not working after BSODs

Hi!I am using Windows 11 and had several BSODs just now. I was not able to see the Windows page but somehow it let me in after several restart.But now the start menu and search bar are not working. When I hit those, it just does not show up anything. On top of that, I was trying to hit windows key but it does not work either. I could not get into settings using windows + i key as well. I would be really appreciated if somebody can help me.+ I ran sfc /scannow but it did not detect anything
