When I tried to click the three horizontal dots in the start menu (options are sign out and account settings, maybe), it automatically closes by its own without animation.I cannot show the picture because it fails to upload.I also tried to do it on the safe mode but it still the same result. Now I cannot change users on my PC.Even deleting and adding user using netplwiz, ITS JUST THE SAME.
