Windows 11 SoundBlaster Creative X7 Control Panel Application Hang freeze

Hi All I am in need of getting my soundblaster x7 up and running on windows 11 I can install drivers and switch to the sound output just fine but when I actually start the control panel app it freezes and I have to force close the software I have no sound coming from the X7 at all I even tried switching out my usb and power plug with all new ones and still no sound but I do have my lights and everything working fine I wonder if this is OS dependent like a windows 11 issue or is my X7 just bad I will attach my error report maybe someone can help thanks in advance.System Specs CPU: 12900k
