Windows 11 sound stops after a few seconds

Hi everyone, since yesterday I experience problems with the sound on my notebook. No sound will play at all (no videos, music etc.). When I go to sound output, I can see two options: Speakers (Realtek Audio) and Lautsprecher (2 Realtek Audio), 'Lautsprecher' is speaker in German. When I change it to the further, sound will play for some seconds then stop again. If I switch back and forth, same observation. Also, switching on and off the browser helps sometimes ( I use Chrome), but then again after a little while the sound will stop playing. All drivers seem to be updated and the automatic to
