Okay, this is a really weird issue - I just got a new PC with windows 11 installed. I think I've cleaned up all the pre-installed software but I can't be completely sure.Anyway, occasionally when i start a new video or music file the sound will start at 0% and gradually increase to 100% over the span of 1-2 seconds. This happens in several programs (Even windows own volume tester).If I start the video or sound file over, the sound will behave like normal.I've used the audio troubleshooter and disabled enhanced audio as it prompted me to but it did nothing.Any ideas what could be causing this s
