Windows 11, sometimes starts within 1 minute, sometimes remains >1h on Please Wait. Why?

Since 1 week, my Dell laptop suddenly began to start VERY slow, taking about 1h30 before ariving on the login screen.Also had 2 moments where it started without delay.Forced Shutdown/.. doesn't help. It just restarts with >1h on the Please wait screen.Installed all possible and impossible updates (Windows, Dell, Intel) but nothing helped so far.Dell Diagnostics did not find anything wrong.I'm using Win11 Enterprise (24h2) on a Dell Latitude 3540 with a 13th Gen i7-1355 10 core CPU.Booting UEFI modeAt the 'Please Wait' moment, it's not yet loading any programs so MConfig and removing Startup
