Windows 11 sometimes I'm Administrator sometimes I'm not.

I've tried so many things to fix this that I'm frustrated now. Sometimes I am blocked from doing things because "I am not an Administrator". I am the only user of this account; I am the one who installed it many years ago. If I look at Control Panel->User Accounts I see my Name, my Email, the word Administrator and Password protected. If I click on Change account type I se all that but "Standard" is highlighted. If I click on Administrator then the button for Change Account Type change to grayed out. Under User Accounts->Manage Accounts I see my name, "Administrator" and an ASP.NET acc
