Windows 11 Snipping tool is such a downgrade from the original Sniping tool.

I used to be able to rotate a snipped image, within the snipping tool by degrees, so not a set 45, 90, 180. Which I would now have to open paint to do. It is madness! There is now not one single windows app that allows for this kind of rotation as far as i have been able to work out. Can someone please help me. I am fed up of having wonky images or having to opening GIMP, just to rotate an image by 15 degrees.
