Windows 11 slowing down + glitching out

I have been a user for some time now since my school switched from 10 to 11. Windows 11 has been going fine until around Jan 14. Some things that happen now include:- Browsers slowing down while typing on either the search bar or on a text box in a website- Randomly tabbing out of programs without any input- Task view opening up without it being on my taskbar or using its shortcut- Browsers slowing down on loading- programs just not responding more often-startup randomly glitches out and goes to my pfp instantly instead of the "please wait screen" This may be that I am still on 23H2 but this i
