Windows 11 slow opening folder [FIXED]

I have been months trying to fix this. And this worked for me: Go to nVidia Control (right click on desktop -> nvidia control panel). Then in menu bar choose Desktop and UNSELECT "Add Desktop Context Menu" and "Add run with Graphics Processor".
