Windows 11 shut down suddenly, can't turn back on.

I was playing roblox for a long time before my computer just shut down. It was fully charged. The power button is now blinking white and the light next to the charger is slowly blinking orange. I have tried to turn it back on by holding down the power button but that doesn't work. I'm not sure if there has been a power outage.
