Windows 11 Shows blackscreen before login

after i installed a new driver for my Nvidia rtx 3060, as soon as i start my pc after the motherboard loading or whatever it´s caled the screen tuns black and when i "wiggle" my mouse the cursor shows as a loading thing. i tried to open the taskmanager and many other things like the auto repair but none of it worked and now i cant use my computer or shut it down without "forcefuly" shutting it off (holding the powerbutton).
