Windows 11 Setup Loop

So I was trying to reinstall my Windows 11 without a USB drive (I'm using iso option), once I get into the advanced startup I begin to do all the process until I finally install the Windows 11 with my unallocated disk. After it gets 100% completed, and then restarts back to the Windows 11 setup, its been very frustating for me and I've tried "Repair my pc" option and it just keep getting me back to the setup after restarting. Everytime I tried to restart my pc it just keep getting me back to the setup.
