This started in June with update - 2023-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5027231). I got around it (somewhat) by downloading the update and applying it separately.Now, with the July update - 2023-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5028185), it's happening again.Tried the following: Windows 10 Updates Fail 0xe0000003 - Microsoft Community Note: Couldn't rename this directory - access denied: ren %systemroot%\system32\catroot2 catroot2.bakKB4571756 stuck in a loop for of not applying error 0xE0000003 - Microsoft Comm
