Windows 11 "Screenshot copied to Clipboard, but couldn't save"

Good morning,I have started using Snipping tool and only just learned that you can Win+Shift+S then use the rectangle tool to capture an area.When I attempt this I get a notification that pops up and tells me, "Windows 11 "Screenshot copied to Clipboard, but couldn't save"(EDIT: Also getting "Cant find Pictures folder For Help, contact your admin or support person"I am admin, I am signed in as admin, it is a personal use home system)What am I doing wrong as I am under the assumation that this should auto save it to pictures not unlike "WIN+Print screen" does?I would use "WIN+PRINT SCREEN" but
