windows 11 screen sometimes glitching when watching video

anyone can help me debuging this problem? sometimes my screen is glitching like this video and its only happend when there are some kind of video (twitch, youtube, etc) on the screen, when i alt tabbed it to a game it run normally with glitchy weird colorhttps://streamable.com/03bz3nits fixed itself when i sleep the laptop with ctrl+alt+del and sleep
