Windows 11 screen overlay for sound volume or desktop switching not showing

Since I installed KB5024670 and KB5023706 on 2023-03-15 and restarted the system,I realized that some "overlays" are not showing up anymore:desktop switcher (Win+Tab)switching desktops using Ctrl+Win+left/right still worksbut its not possible to see all desktops and move windows aroundsound volume (when changing volume using special keyboard keys, including mute)changing the volume still works, but there is no visual feedback anymoredisplay brightness (using special keyboard keys)Task View (icon on taskbar)What is still workingroject overlay (Win+p)Sidenote: I have valinet - Overview
